The weather's looking good for a last-minute post-Wales rideout.
I'll be leaving from Max's Cabin Honiton - about 114 miles, one en route café stop and finish at Café Earth. Anyone interested?
Details.
Leaving Max's Cabin 2, Turks Head, Bramble Lane, HONITON EX14 1BQ at 10.00 hrs prompt. Please be fuelled and ready to leave.
Taking in some tried and tested mid Devon roads with a Café stop en route.
Finish at Café Earth, Tedburn Road, Exeter.
Pace: Making progress so not really 125 friendly, sorry.
Approx' 114 miles.

Yep, as it's Father's Day I'd already guessed it might well be a case of Phillynomates on this rideout. None of my kids are visiting tomorrow, Mrs R is busy and the sun's going to be out, so I'm making the most of it.
I've also put this ride on to a couple of Faceache biker's groups. Wonder if there'll be any takers?

I would have but I've only just got home after a couple of days playing in the sea, and I have a feeling tomorrow will be spent mostly resting & aching.
Jetski's are good fun though.

It wasn't QUITE Phillynomates today. Sean, a local lad with a nice Repsol Honda Fireblade turned up and kept me honest
We had a good old blat along the Blackdowns, through Bradford on Tone, Oake and Cotford St Luke then hit the the Tone Vale TT (B3224) to Raleigh's Cross). Then the Morebath Manx TT (B3190 R/Cross to Bampton via Haddon Hill), the North Devon TT (B3227), coffee and snacks in South Molton Pannier Market. more N.D. TT, left at Atherington (B3217) to pick up the Torrington TT (B3124) and on to Winkleigh, Whiddon Down, Cheriton Bishop, Café Earth and home. 138 mile door to door and a good, hardly any traffic, day out; with (potentially) another SWB convert.
15th June. Cafe Earth. Sean Cann's Honda, my Triumph..jpg
