Well i have just had Bridgestones BT014

fitted.
my old front tyre was 3yrs older than the bike

(so i was informed) and yes the tyre was fecked!!
Dave from pro tyre is a nice bloke and he did a good job too,
he also changed my rear wheel bearings as they were on the way out,
fiited Carbon lorraine brake pads in the rear and my front ones arrive tomorrow
so the new tyres are on and all i need is some nice dry roads to scrub them in

Nice having new tyres isn't it. Hehe. Just like getting a new pair of shoes, or trainers for the young 'uns.

Diablos are much better during the colder months as they heat up quicker to give the grip, but in the summer months, BT014's can take advantage of the warm weather to give you even more grip, and they still heat up prettyfast, just not as fast as Diablos...
If your only gonna change your tyres once a yr, Diablos are the ones ya want, but if you do lots of miles like me, then try some BT014's when the suns out, you will be very much suprised at the difference
PS: I use BT010's on my 400 all yr round, fantastic tyres, but they don't work that well on larger machines 750cc and over!

Have run 010, 020,014 and diablos and in my opinion the diablos are the best all round tyre.
I put a new diablo rear in the summer had It cranked over to the tyre wall within 3 miles

Never had the same feeling with Bridgestones
