Popped in to KFC on the way home andwent through thrdrive thru as this is the only part that is open at 10pm, sit there is the rain for about 10 minutes(que was long), eventually asked what i wanted so i started telling her, half way through my order i was told she couldnt serve me as i was on a bike, i asked why its a comapony policy not to serve bikers through the drive thru. I could understand them telling it was because they couldnt see my face but the manager said i wasnt heavy enough to set the sensors off so they couldnt serve me. This as really wound me up so im going to be writing a letter to their head office complaining

Any Thought

Get an SWB ride together, and get every single bike to go through the drive through, even if its just to buy a coffee!! 30+ bikes at least should piss them off, having to tell every individual we cant serve you, and then have to explain to everyone why!!!

That reminds me I must get a set of those new Harris carbon cup holders

Is there a sign which says "NO Bikes", if not they should serve you.

I find the fact that you went to a KFC more worrying than the fact that they didn't serve you.

why were you using the drive thru on your bike anyway????

What they say about the sensors can be true - i can see that its a discriminitive policy but tbh i couldn't care less if i can't use a drive thru on my bike.

this is cack, i went to my kfc on my 125cc. go look on the net, i know wen i worked at burger king it was company policy to accept all motor vehicles, just no one on push bikes or on foot. and when lost id worked at mcdonalds was the same for him. and i dont see why kfc would be any different. BUNCH OF C**TS

Hmmm...What possible difference does "sensors" make to serving someone? Surely its not too hard to just take your order, take your money, and give you the food?

numpties...

What you need to do, is do a little research on the net, find out who the managing director is of KFC UK and write THEM a letter personally.
