Ok peeps this is how it went.

Charge 56mph in a 30mph caught on GATZO.

They took my job (being a delivery driver) into consideration.

The fact that i knew the camera was there. (told them i needed to accerlarate hard because i had just pulled out in front of a car) I did make it sound convincing and said they had proberly heard every excuse under the sun.

A letter from my boss saying i could be sacked if i get a ban.

My early plea of guilty.( This resulted in a big drop in fine)

And i have a clean licence considering i do alot of miles during the day at work.

VERDICT

205 pound fine (pound sign won't work sorry)

6 points on licence.

Could of been worse. :?

I said it being March that the sun was low and that was the reason i had pulled out in front of a vehicle from a junction. Did also say that was a very stupid thing to do as i am ment to be a professional driver. I know it sounds a like a lame excuse but that was the reason for me acclerating hard and why would i purposly speed past a camera that i knew was there and has been for many years. I was avoiding a collision and any more distress for the driver and myself.

My word i am boring myself now, No wonder he wanted to get it over and done with.

Anyhow TAKE IT EASY DUDES 8)
