Would you believe it, a band with lots of oompah's kids and Father Christmas have set up right outside my office window here in St. Marychurch and it's deafning!! Must be an excuse to go home early!!

do you ever get the crap bagpipe player outside there? when i worked in newton abbot centre we used to get him, and some amazonian rainforest native band with panpipes and a full pa system all the time! used to drive me insane!!

A panpipe band are in Barnstaple High street sometimes playing recorded music most of the time while blowing away making out they are playing i think as the tape recorder is always playing, Christmas is coming so get your supply of earlpugs in now, Trago mills do some good ones in the DIY department designed to keep out power tool noieses,

There is a homeless bloke with a bagpipe who plays in tiverton during the week. Makes me suicidal, bagpipes have no tune to them however well they are played.
