Anyone recommend me a plumber, preferably in Plymouth area?

Post by clunk »

I need to get a plumber to look at a problem I discovered yesterday.

One of the fittings on our power shower pump was leaking and has caused water to drip under the hot water tank, possibly weakening the floor where the tank sits. I cant see the extent of the damage but it looks like the floor board is bowing, so I'm a bit concerned about the tank crashing through the ceiling into the room below

I have fixed the leak but my insurance company insists I get a plumber to look at it and get a quote to remove the tank and repair the floor if necessary.

Anyone know a good, honest, reliable one around Plymouth?

Thanks for the replies Ross and Tom.

After speaking to the guy Ross recommended it appears that the floor under the tank will be ok. Its dried out and is not at all rotten so, fingers crossed, it will be ok.
