How do you know when to change your chain? and should the sprokets also always be changed at the same time? :?:

if you run out off adjustment then the time is right, but also if its full of tight spots as for the sprockets if they show signs of bad wear e.g teeth hooked then its time. generaly two chains to one set of sprockets :)

chain and sprockets should be changed when the sprokets start to hook as wear rate shoots up dramatically, or when the chain becomes worn, best guaged by the amount of side flex in the chain.
