Well whats your verdict ??
Rossi 100th GP win
Spies a double and Crutchlow with a win
But all eventful free really
Ok a couple did some major returns after crashes, also one in the superstock race from 22nd to 2nd then crash on the cool down lap
but i think all the races were a bit dull.
Good result for Toseland and not a great result for Repsol Honda
Alot happened but nothing over exciting, or am i just being picky after a great final lap at Catalunya a couple weeks

Not really event free with Haga breaking a wrist and vertabrae in his back.
If More Crap the News (MCN) are to be beleived, he's looking at a 3 month recovery timescale.

i wouldnt say event free, there was one of hell of a smash in the supersport race, 5th place was exiting the old hairpin, missed a gear and span it up, 6th had nowhere to go but straight into the back of him,was one hell of a impact and how they both wlaked away (eventually) i'll never know
superbikes was good, 2 highsides (nakano and haga) so much for the electrics hey,and a shame about nori as that means bens pies will be world champ, hes so far above anyone else out there. simon andrews was a legend in race 2, 10th place, top kwak and in front of nieto, corser and kagayama. much better performance than the airwaves boy gave considering his lower spec bikes. i wouldnt be suprised if andrews get camiers spot next season. biaggi was lucky when he clipped kagayama at the loop but not as lucky as laverty was,god that was close heart in mouth stuff when your stood within touching distance of it

crutchlows ride with a broken bone in his ankle was amazing and could be the ride that wins him the world title, nice to see ten kate not getting there own way for a change, mccoy on the podium with a triumph too, that got the best cheer of the day
motogp was a bit processional, top ride by rossi but a slower race pace than last year, toseland got a lucky 6th with kallio crashing and then elias and capirex tangling, was it enough to save his ride for next year. 250s were awesome, how aoyama stayed on his little honda when tagged by bautista is beyond me. 125s were good, shame bradley couldnt finish in front of simon but at least he salvaged a podium spot.

I will ask the question how can a yank come to a british track that he has not ridden before

and win the double, How bout our british champs who can ride round donny blindfolded not being able to challenge
I know spies is one hell of a rider but thought he would be fighting for the wins and not handed on a plate to be honest got bored with donny WSB

THATS MY THOUGHTS ANYWAY

dave, spies rode the gsxr motogp bike to 10th place there last year, as for the other tracks i dont know how he does it,the guys a freak. to be able to ride away like that with the so called home wild card heroes of airwaves yamaha nowhere near him, not even sykes on the same bike can get anywhere near him on a track he knows. surely he'll be swapping with toseland next year, unless the bbc throw a spanner in the works and insist on the clause that states a british rider must be in motogp for them to cover it.

spies on almost the same bike as rossi and lorenzo would be awesome, hes probably one of the few riders in the world who could break into that motogp top4/5 (if you include dovizisio)
my worry for next season will be in bsb, with camier supposedly off to the world scene in 2010 wheres the next batch of quality riders going to come from to excite the bsb crowd, now the r6 cup is gone theres no national scratchers class to find the next sykes, camier, hill, cruchlow, rea, laverty etc
dave this is a overcast, even slightly moist morning warmup shot of bens pies

Event free, I think kalios finger would have something to say about that.
Rossi's banner on the parade lap was amazing and Nicky was up to 6th!
Crashing will never slow down Nori but Spies did well (again)
