I was doing the A 38 from Brizzle to Taunton as familiarisation for the Summer Santas run. Awful road. Frustrating in the extreme.

New enormous roundabouts and millions of new rabbit hutches caused me to get disorientated. Many of the signs were showing a 6 inch vertical strip with one letter visible and no graphics.
Lovely verdancy though.

Its not the road it was, that's for sure I tried it as a motorway avoidance route once.

It'll be fine for the santas as we will only be plodding along at Yamaha velocity and exhibiting ourselves to the populace.
