I wont be able to make this (again) as we are on hols but had a cracking ride yesterday on the gixxer. Its a bit longer than your are looking to do but worth it if you have the time.
Monmouth
Abergavenny
Brecon
Llandovery for brunch (great bikers café on the main street with lots of parking)
Up through Builth Wells
Rhayader (Drink stop)
Across to Hereford via Kington and back to Monmouth.
160 miles in all but options to shorten if needed.
It was so good that I am doing it again today in the opposite direction. Probs a bit slower with the Mrs on the back but still gonna be fun

I'm 100% definitely in, rain doesn't bother me, my problem is cancellation/conformation , being over 2 hours away, I will keep a eye on this thread but would you mind sending a PM if anything changes, it wouldn't be the first time I've been the only one to turn up, despite a long list, generally it seems about 50% turnout or less. Maybe a SOP is needed to cancel or confirm a ride is on or not...

Last month when we did this one, 5 went in awful conditions, got saturated and enjoyed it
Cotswold run had 8 despite 5 or 6 dropping out at very short notice.
PM me you 'phone number Mol and if there's trouble at mill, I'll let you know.

Sorry if you're disappointed pebs. The original post does say ONLY in GOOD weather. Might not have been awful but rain overnight and 90 - 100% cloud forecast with squally showers.
I tried to give peeps the opportunity of going elsewhere in plenty of time. Didn't want peeps turning up to no avail.
Lets hope the 18th is better.
