Yes people, we all watch it.....however the UK government is not happy with mucking up the country in 2019 with Brexit they have also decided that it is time for all Porn to be restricted.

By restricted what do I mean.
It means you have to be able to offer age verification to confirm you are above 18 years old and be logged in to a tool confirming you are who you say you are (so yes they can track what you look at)

Think about it, you’d need to be ID’d for booze, etc...what’s the difference?
AND, I’m sure many of you are dads....would you be happy for your kids to be viewing ‘material’..?

Well I understand the need for accidental searches, but if my daughter starts searching for "Midgets anal fisting" then I imagine that's on purpose and kids will get it one way or another.
Besides, didn't we all drink before we were 18? There is always a way.

And the way around it is called “VPN” software so that the site thinks you are engaging from a different country.

Think it’s good to help protect young ones not sure as an adult you would want to put in passport or driving licence details to get through the checks. So will be looking to other options.

It does mean as adults we need to have different conversations with our older children that we have not done before. My Daughter is 8 so not wanting her looking t any porn at this age so the restriction is welcome. But that will be a different conversation when she is 14 to 16 years old. As much as we all don’t want to admit it somewhere there is educational value to porn (to be clear defiantly not all of it) and considering the piss poor sex education in schools it falls to us the parents and all forms of media to fill the gap.

I am ok talking to my daughter in 6 years time about it..... weather my 14 year old daughter will want to talk to me about it is a different conversation.
