They’re only illegal if you’re caught. Chances of being caught for anything other than speeding is pretty slim.

To say undertaking is illegal is a misnomer, and you are in fact allowed to pass vehicles on the left in many circumstances.

I have driven without a seat belt the 1988 scania never had one , nor did any truck driver have to wear one until 2001 , and i drove cars before the seat belt law ,

As most of the questions are car related i only got caught for £1400. But they didn't have questions more applicable to bikes.
