Hi all I just bought this bike all seems to work fine but as I begun to clean here and there came across to this pipe witch sucks air. As I seem on other engines this pipe its suppose to come out of the top end of the block as I show on the 1st picture... My question is. Should I be bother to fixe it or not? And what is that for?

Nope, it's just for either a secondary air valve or PAIR valve. Both just emissions stuff which can cause running issues. The previous owner has removed it so as long as it's all sealed off properly it'll be fine.

Yeah on the block it's well sealed. But on the pipe when I put my finger on it it sucks a bit and Idle goes down slightly... Just wonder as my Idle seems too high or I'm getting paranoid... Its at 2k 1/2 when start cold it's at 3k

Thanks in advance

I'd say it should be about 1200 rpm.

Both ends should be blocked.

Right now it's allowing unfiltered air to be drawn back into the inlet.
If you're not bothered how it looks I'd chop the end bit off that hose (with the rusted bit in), push a bolt in it to close the hose, and tighten the hose clamp on to the bolt to ensure it's sealed.

You could also so a proper job and remove the whole box that is above the hose, and then cap off the hose that will lead back to the airbox instead, and also the small one that will go likely be going to the inlet.
