It's happening everywhere, the proffesionals with their professional judgement (traffic police) being replaced with Joe Vigilante's dashcam footage. And the magistrates will believe his/her word not you because you're filthy biker scum.

Ohh good I can set up my GoPro on the dash and send in a load of videos of all of the people committing an offence driving in the middle lane on the motorway, blocking up the motorways totally oblivious of anybody else around them .........
