Went to the 8th Spring Surprise Bike Show in Salisbury today, great ride, fantastic weather and busy show, miust have been in excess of 300 bikes there. Heading off to the Slippit Inn Rally in Gloucestershire next weekend with tent, anyone else heading up that way?

Well, got my bike! Yamaha Virago 535, love her to bits! Looking around for a few rallies to go to over the summer months......

Well, I passed my test yesterday! Weeeee! Got four minor faults so really pleased with that! U turn went like a dream! So on the hunt now for wheels..... looking out for a Bandit, or something similar, will have great fun looking!

Well, that was day 4 over of the course and I could wring my gloves out when I got home! Soaked! But it least I know I can do it in the rain! Time for an update....... on Day 4 of Direct Access now and enjoying it, nothing better than battling with Taunton traffic all day every day! Got test next Wednesday morning and not looking forward to it...... not many people seem to be passing at the moment. Getting my head around U turns and emerg...

Some good advice, cheers! Decided to wait and pass test first and buy something big and chunky. Direct Access in Novermber...... fingers crossed!

Phew.... looking good then, booked Direct Access with Taunton School of Motorcycling, glad to hear I may have made the right choice! Doing it in November. Fingers crossed!
