On a more serious note, I'm happy riding at whatever speed the general group is riding at during a rideout, in fact, I usually run at the rear of the group sporting a nice high viz ;)

Though my comment was refering to the fact I regularly put 500 miles a day behind me if the need/mood dictates. As this ride is based around North Devon and I'd be travelling down from Wiltshire, it'd be a long day hence me being a nutter ;)

Besides, my bike only does 70mph officer! LOL

Well, thanks for the offer but am already provisionally booked onto a rideout in the Cotswolds, but, if that doesn;t go ahead for whatever reason then yes, I'll head out and meet you.
