I think mava-nick teaches martial arts! I may be wrong. I was going to start but it turned out the place they do it was in Westfield school so I know that would be good (my old school). Where do you go Mondy?

Were part of an organisation, so we have a syllabus to follow, and i,m gonna say its a good club, cus i joint own it
Thanks for the links , i always like to look at other sites
I was also once a British Champion, although i dont enjoy tournaments
so much now
We never get any local ones, hence me wondering if any other clubs would fancy a friendly sparring match

used to do kenpo for a few years down in the back bar at the roadhouse in exeter (and then down the york road place for a while) - was going for my 4th kyu brown when i packed it in. but havent trained for a good few years now - reckon I'd get my arse kicked properly now if i tried sparring. Wouldn't mind getting back into it all again though
gsx-aaaaaaaargh!!!

We have a tournament in Exeter on 1st December, Friday evening, it's a juniors only competition, being run by Sifu Wright of Mok Ka Kung Fu, open to all styles. PM me if you want more details or give me a bell on 07900347148...
Or at our forum, here: http://www.chumster.co.uk/forum/index.php?mforum=swift
I have a few friends that are into it in a serious way. A friend of mine teaches Japanese martial arts (I am not sure which flavours, I'll have a word with him later).
I used to study Lee family Kung-Fu and Tai-Chi and still practise what I know in my spare time.
I stoped paying for lessons because being 6"4' and having done resistance training for two and a half years means I dont really get any trouble from people anyway.
