SOME REALLY REALLY GREAT NEWS

Well been in Court today since 1145 for the hearing of Glens Accident as there are trying to convict him for Dangerous Riding.

I eventually got into the courtroom at 3.30 to give my evidence on his behalf and then I stayed in the court for all the formalities.

The magistrates then retired for deliberation.

About an hour later we got called back in.

The Judge waffled all this jargon out but at the end of the day she said

NOT GUILTY

My god you should have seen the face of the woman from the Crown Prosecution Service, it was a picture.

We just told the truth and all ended well for Glen. He now still has a clean licence and no fines or anything.

Now time to move and start looking for his next bike.

Glen has asked me just to say, if you think your innocent fight the buggers as the judges do listen (sometimes).

that road use to be one off my rat runs,
use to work in the iron works,
the amount of times id shoot past the entrance quite a hilly road..
