Hi dudes and dudettes from newbie

Hi Im new to this site and thought it would be good to introduce myself. I may have met some of you at West Bay, where I am often to be found rabbitting on about bikes (what else is there worth talking about ffs). Well here goes and don't let what I do for a living put you off as Ive been riding sports bikes for over 20 years and I still havent totally grown up and felt the need to get myself a pipe and slippers!

Name: Shaun

Ride: Honda VTR1000 SP2 (various mods, including very loud Arata exhaust cans)

Location: Milborne St. Andrew, Dorset

Occupation: Health & Safety Consultant (used to be an engineer)

May be meeting up with some other guys tomorrow morning and heading up to this ride from Bideford so may well get to meet some more of you lot in due course.

The paradox is Ive never had a serious accident on a bike and yet I was involved in a serious accident at work and I have the scars to prove it.

OK with your comments Stinky and I fully understand why you make the statement about being hated. However, in my defence at least I can say that I havent got an infinite number of rag heads trying to either take me out with a Kalashnikov rifle or a suicide bomb. So saying Im the most hated person in the UK is a matter of perception I guess, as I would say that you guys are hated too all be it by a bunch rag heads with f...k all else better to do than cause mayhem in their own country.

I take my hat off to you for what you guys do though.
