How about a 1999 SRAD GSXR600 for very little money????

It used to be my track bike but has sat gathering dust for 2 years in my garage unused, I was planning on tidying it up and getting rid of it last year but with business commitments it just didn't happen.

She was converted to a race bike at less than 6 months old and the good news is she has a V5 log book with no history, I keep it on a SORN document.

I have also been considering converting it to a streetfighter as whenever I go in the garage and look at her with no fairing I can just see it, the SRAD's have a lovely chunky frames and have always made great streetfighter conversions. I just don't have any time :(

I have owned it for 4 years and did 7 track days in the first 2 years and in the last 2 years zero miles.

I could write pages here about the bike and the spares that I have with it but if you are interested drop me a PM and I'll send you my number.

To be honest I don't need the money but would like the space in the garage and would also like to see someone enjoy it and put it to use, therefore you could have a real genuine bargain.

To be honest I have absolutely no idea what it is worth, I figured on about £500??

I paid £2k for it and have ridden it 7 times, I have also spent more than £1k on it since owning.

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the slow response, my baby boy has been very poorly recently and my wife and I have been in and out of hospital with him. I did not get chance to take any pictures yesterday, I will try and do so tonight and post them here rather than individually PM people.

It would seem that this has generated interest from a few but in fairness to Tom it was his post that got me to mention it in the first place, I thought he would make good use of the bike and I would like to help him.

I will post some images up here and you guys can then let me know what you think.

Cheers

Flopper.

Please remember that first refusal goes to Tom as it was reading this thread that made me think of selling it.

I have had a few PM's with questions which I have answered as best as I can but please drop me a PM if any of you want my phone number.

Cheers

Nathan.
