Did enjoy the day. Kept running out of fuel coming into pits putting some in and getting back out onto the circuit in the middle of packs of riders so enjoyed taking them out one by one.

Not that i am quick but if you get those double lefters right you easyily can take a coupe there every lap

Deej yeah i opted for the inters at Pembrey. Bike seems to handle well there but is a handful as its an old tank. Just find it too exhausting muscleing it around in the fast group lap after lap. Plus it gave me chance to have a play around with my new found friend Scott on the R6. We both just learnt so much from each other.

Like i said to you last weekend ..this makes no sense to me...why people with perfecty good bikes buy shitbox's for track use. Surely your track bike should be the better bike :?

that horrid thing you use is only slowing you down, and you have an ace bike that you could go way faster on stuck in the garage that your not prepared to use :? :?

a crap underpowered shite handling trackbike costs money...an even quarter decent one costs a couple of thousand...thats a couple of thousand you could use repairing the decent bike you already have (should you crash it). You can repair alot of damage with a grand or two - which is why I say grab your pride and joy stick cheap fibre glass fairing on it, spend a few quid getting the suspension sorted and use that for maximum grin factor.

forget trackday shitboxes. you only need one bike..mines back in road trim now, and the crappy fibreglass fairing is sat in a cardbord box waiting for next time...

Well i wouldnt call them shit boxes  and if you bin your pride and joy it might just not be the plastics which you could end up paying hundreds to put right where a track bike you can just put in a garage and wait for bits as you still have your main bike to ride on the road with. Anyway each to there own
