I bet the fireplace is a worse off roader than the gixxer - although in reality its so slow you never have to face the indignity of barrelling across the grass from going into hot. :)

watch the grass at pembrey though its rutted to hell, you cant take to the grass as an easy escape route at that place - hit it at 50 plus and its serious hardwork to keep upright - its not got the bowling green flatness of rockingham or donnington. I was thinking of writing a letter of complaint to the track owners about the appalling uneveness and rutted state of their grass. :)

As you know I never take pillions so its not like there is any weight on it anyway (I could understand it if I had a penchant for larger ladies  )

Its been like it for a while but would probably quite dangerous if you where somebody who gave pillions as no way could it support any weight cracked through like that.
 Runs out to the garage

well our estate agents just left to put ours on the market and we've seen 1 development we like in north petherton and have yet to look at the new builds in taunton and weston, may even try and get down to ilminster or yeovil at a push. hopefully have a viewing or 2 soon and get ours under offer so i can then work out if i can afford to go to pembrey
