well now the gossip has been well and truly been spilled :lol:

for the record i did not run blimey off the track he ran out of ability,well grip on his boot sole at least but full credit to him for staying on,had to be the best non-crash ever. i looked over my shoulder at mcleans to see him riding up the grassy hill which such a suprise when his leg was on the floor wedged under his bike heading for the same tyre wall that toseland hit :lol: :lol: full respect to you for that save,im gutted the rear facing camera view didnt work

julian,you are a truly a star and show how good standard brakes are and how much better we could be,i thoroughly enjoyed the 2nd session and had a realy good laugh,probably the most enjoyable session of the year so far although the 4th session with blimey was pretty good too. the video will be posted on youtube once i get onto my work laptop

definetly my most enjoyable trackday this year, good craic,good lads and lass,plenty of good banter and probably about the right number of people too, with a bonus that we could all ride at similair levels. look forward to meeting yuo all again soon

kelly,fair play to you for coming along just to take photos and full credit to you as the photos look fantastic,let me know how much for a cd. sorry i'd left before you got back but i skipped the last session to get home in good time

colin,good to meet you at last and thanks for providing hours of entertainment in forgetting your keys and just for your memory

bike = yes
leathers = yes
helmet = yes
keys = no !!!
blimey stuck in traffic on the m5 = priceless
:lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

anyways guys thanks for a cracking 24hrs and making it a really good day out :wink: 8) 8) 8)

Sorry forgot to say i 2nd what Deej says about shooting off early. Had to collect my son from his mothers on the way back and didn't want to amke it too late.

Made it home by 7 25 pm craking considering the fuel light was on from Cullompton and there was no way i was stopping.

Well i nearly did when some dickhead in a blue BMW went past looking smug with a SP1 on the back. Gobby tw*t but i was conserving fuel at that point :wink:

Mate your trailer was snakeing like mad :shock:

My god did it rain form then on or what ??

Can't wait for pics of the day. Poor maid did do well and had to put up with my inuendo's tooo :oops:

God bless you Kelly we are lucky you are thick skinned (not in the fat sense) :wink:

Blimey….if you were faster than me on the first half of the track, and I was quicker on the second half, it says to me we could both have gone a whole lot quicker :twisted: :roll: . You must have been taking a better line through redgate, I felt okay down the right hander at craner, but totally wimped out on the lefthander before the old hairpin. I had a mental block about the speed I could carry through there, wish I had known you were on my tail, that may have helped me unblock my mental block, in a red mist kind of way :wink: . I did have the advantage over you with my sticky rubber, so, get some track tyres on and lets do it all over again….. 8) 8) 8)

Love the vid of you out braking me, made me laugh out loud, yet another highlight. I hold my arm up again :oops: , you are of course right. Pots and kettles and all that….. :lol: :lol:

The place where blimey over takes gav on the vid, is the approximately the place where he later went off. Pushed or all by himself?????, well I was right behind and …………. :wink: :wink: :wink: :lol: :lol: :D

Great vid Colin, good to see us all line astern chasing matey on the white bike.

A few statistics…

I saw 152 on the main straight, tooo close to the braking point :shock:

Gav saw 130 through craner. :shock:

Gavs time on his vid 1min 28 seconds over 1.9573 miles = 91.40mph average

Rossi’s best time at the 08 moto gp =1.29.080

Conclusion : this answered our question

dynamight is faster than rossi 8) :D :D

The video where Blimey overtook me was the exact same session when he came off, about 3-4 laps afterwards. I saw the flag, saw this bike on the grass, noticed it was Blimey so slowed down and gave him a little wave.

Not so sure about being faster than Rossi, I did see a one legged man on a unicycle lap me, so I cant be that fast. Looking back I could had gone quicker everywhere, if I wasnt such a p ussy I would have had some decent times, gutted the last session didnt record because that was the quickest of the day for me.

the rain was ace,it saved me cleaning all the flies off the bike as it was so heavy over dartmoor it powerwashed the bike for me

im sure we could all have gone faster if we had bigger balls,i know mine disappeared for most of the day with the dodgy knee but also the drive home on my own. it was still a fantastic day out and many thanks to all for making it so enjoyable 8)
