Bikes in bus lanes in Plymouth to stay

As reported on this mornings BBC local TV news that the trial of allowing bikes to use bus lanes has been a success & has reduced accidents resulting in the decision that it will be become permanent
Just a pity Torbay, Exeter, etc don't follow suit

are bikes not ment to be in bus lanes in exeter? .. i've been riding in the bus lanes everyday into exeter and back out!
