Do you think it is right that a member of the forum staff can go into someones private profile page, and edit and add preferences ?
That's what has happened with me.
No matter what other folks here think of me, you should be very concerned that the moderators here can, and obviously do, go into members private profile settings and change things if they feel like it.

You're not a member - you're a 'registered user' who's not wanted here, and I think you deserve what you get.

Ooo, just had a thought... Perhaps you could give your solicitor a call and see if it constitutes an infringement of your human rights.
