Test ride

Post by r1dave »

Me and Phil did a test ride on these today, Rode the r1 first and with the akro's on sounded like a duke 8) then rode the k9 and out of the two to be honest the k9 is a better all round bike, Phil did get a call from bridge to see where we were 1hr turned into 2.5hrs but if you were to spend 10k on a bike then you want to ride it and not just take it round the block  Thanks bridge

Gixxers are so ugly.Pity because they go so well.I've ridden the k8 but not k9, I'm sure theres not much difference.

R1 looks mint. I have yet to hear an R1 with a race system on it

When I have time will test ride one.

Bridge is by far one of the worst bike dealerships I have come across, after V and J superbikes.

Love it, I struggle to get test rides but also feel guilty as I have no intention in buying them!
R1 is on the list, as well as Street Triple R and CB1000R

Need more dealers lol

I get that, recently rode new ZX6R and GSXR600, wasnt going to buy either.. but was bored on day off so fancied something to do! pop along with your license.. helmet and leathers.. sign a waver form and pop out on a shiny new bike for an hour!
