I dont know about most people.. but in the current ecomonic climate I would find it extremely difficult if not impossible to get my hands on a spare £5500

I would think you would have more luck approaching dealers to see what they'll buy it off you for.. you'll take a huge loss unfortunately but it would definately go that way if you are desparate..

Its a odd one mate as you've got a nive bike and the bike trade isn't bein affected by the recession like other industries. How are you wording your adverts as that makes a difference. The only other thing I can think of is that most triumph owners are a bit finicky like harley and ducati owners and would rather buy from a dealer than private

Also take into account that you can get 08/09 600's for less than what your asking

Its a tough one but keep advertising and price it to sell

George whites in swindon

Brand new zx6r for 5499 matey

There's some good deals on at the moment and that's what people are looking at, 0% on a r6 etc

If your desperate to sell it you'll have to be the lowest priced one in mcn/ebay

Yep it is, but its what your up against in your price bracket

What would you buy a 2yr old bike at 5700 or a new bike at the same price ??

Also, you've missed the best time to be selling really. People have got what they wanted earlier in the year (March/ April time), and are now using them now summer's underway.

Also, as deej says theres some cracking deals to be had on brand new bikes at the moment.
