the Martin Jennings 2009 run

Post by ClaireBear88 »

Hello :)

I am thinking/hoping to hire a bike for this years run, but does anyone know how many miles it normally is- roughly? The reason I ask is I wouldnt be sure on what the tank/fuel/mileage situation would be like with a hired bike lol

Thanks in advance,

Claire

best thing to do is ring the organizers up and ask them, from memories from a few years ago its probably a good 100miles,the few runs ive done headed west from truro down to hayle, falmouth and then up through truro,st austell, bodmin and newquay before ending at camborne

Graham22 is usually up to date on that one, he's a member of the Pendennis Club who organise it. Might try and go on this years if I'm available, but I know its usually early Sept and I'm pretty tied up.
Cut me in half and I'v got Suzuki written right through me!

Hmm having trouble finding a hire bike at the mo, spoke to one guy who might be able to help us and is ringing back tomorrow. Hes up in oakhampton.

Seems to be difficult finding somewhere who hires 125s in cornwall/plymouth region :(
