Big thank you to everyone for this, loved every second, even crashing my bandit in the grass and starting everyone else to fall off! Quick fix and back out for the next one. Big thanks to Simon for getting it organised, Frag for getting us there and back, Cheese Monkey and Last Superpower for advice for gears advice and proving knee down is ok on a bandit 12, providing the centre stand does get in the way! Aslo best wishes to Kelly and hope you get better soon. Thanks again and I'll see you all next time!

well that was fun :D

seemed like a good time all round, top company, top weather, top track battles and despite what some think - top track !

the whole thing went pretty smoothly, even those with grass magnets walked away after a ride in the flashy bus.

lots of first timers onboard this year and they all seemd to go home with sunburnt faces, big silly smiles and a new adiction in their lives - sorry 8) :D

as always with llandow it was a great, friendly atmosphere(as you would exxpect with swb members on tour) and in true dunkirk fashion were happy to help out either with spanners or verbal advice.

big thanks to gav, julian and scotty for doing marshalling duties on the track and showing the newbies the way to have fun on a track.

big thanks also to a new member called diggler for making an r6 go faster and smoother than a rocket but also making it look like it was going to be binned at the bus stop EVERY time round - it was great to watch.

all i have to do now is check my work rota for next june and start planning the next one :D :D :D

Well I had a great time, thanks to all involved who organised the day you did a cracking job. It was so nice to do a stress free track day I was even surprised that the circuit wasn't too bad, certainly better than Slipperystone !

Always good to meet new people, especially first timers to track days just to see them get hooked after the first session.

If I can I'll defiantly be attending more SWB events as they seem so laid back :D

Yep it was a top day.
Had a blast on the bike and managed to have a few excursions during the day myself but managed to keep it sunny side up.
I think a steering damper will have to go on soon as i had a few headshakes on the start finish straight that certainly kept me awake.
I even had si complimenting me on the exit from one corner saying i was fast..............must have banged his head or something
Big thanks to si for organising and to scotty, julian and gav for marshalling duties.

i think kim enjoyed being chauffeured to and from the circuit as well

A BIG thank you to everyone I met on the day for making me feel so welcome...I was really nervous but you were all so friendly and put my nerves at ease - THANK YOU!

I was very apprehensive the evening before, but once out on track, although I was by far the slowest - I started to enjoy myself and try and ignore what everyone else was doing around me and focus on learning something..

As a result I might be popping down to Castle Coombe (just down the road from me) as the police are running a Track Experience day where you can do a few laps and get some instruction etc....

I am far from being 'hooked' ....just thought I might pop along to do a few laps....maybe

Yeah, I'll second everyone's comments about an excellently organised and run day, nice to see you all again, good that a few track newbies lost their collective cherries and that (almost) everyone finished the day unscathed. Big thanks to Julian for shepherding Honda Star in her early sessions and I'm really glad that she enjoyed the day. I hope that any advice I dispensed helped those whom I gave it to :D
Good tip for the journey home - have a can of energy drink handy, useful for the end of a tiring day that follows a less-than-full night's sleep in a tent - I was really starting to flag on the M4 on the way back, almost dangerously so, and a can of Sainsbury's own energy drink saved the day (tastes just the same and works as well as Red Bull, for about 1/3 of the price)
Roll on next year eh? 8)

Nick, you looked to have speeded up and got more comfortable towards the end of the day, well done mate :D
