Any one got a Triumph Daytona 675?
Hello everyone, this is my first post on here.
I am looking at buying a new Triumph Daytona 675, so would like to know from those of you that own one, what you think of it? Have you had any problems with it and would you recommend it?
Thanks for any help.

Ive got an 08 model, I love it, it has a beast midrange compared to the other 600's and sounds like nothing else out there. You wont be dissapointed if you get one, you dont really need anything more for the road power wise in my opinion. Plenty quick enough to get you in trouble with Her Majesty before you know it.
Ive only put 3000 miles on it so far but all completely trouble free. The best resource for any info you want is Triumph675.net
I would say a new exhaust and the 1050 throttle tube are wise modifications on how the bike comes as stock.

Hey
Have an 06 model, my very first bike. Almost done 15000 miles - use it everyday, in all weather for work. Only problem i have had is a seized exhaust valve which Triumph corrected without charge.
Looks, sounds and goes, awesome motorcycle
Love it to bits

Thanks for all the replies. It reassures me that I will be making the right decision. Got a test ride for tomorrow. Also thank you DaytonaNick for that web site, there is some good stuff on there.

Haha! Just browsing on here and forgot about my topic from a while back!
Yeah I did get one, it’s a great bike. Not been able to ride it as much as I have wanted due to a broken wrist most of last summer. Got problems with front break now though. Think I have got air in the system. Tried bleeding it a couple of times but that’s not done the trick. It’s still under warranty if it’s anything more serious but nearest place to Plymouth is now Exeter if it is a warranty issue. Don't fancy riding there with no front break!
If you ever read this St.George how you doing with yours?

You still have a back brake don't you and gears ? Just trundle up the 38 instead of racing.

Hello mate. Had mine just over a year now and love it. Plenty quick enough for me at the mo and so easy to ride. Sorry to hear your having drama's with yours, hope you get it sorted soon.
