lowerd bike, back to full height!
okay so the r6 i just purchased was lowerd for the previous owner, she has given me the standard rear links, but i was told its been lowerd at the front also, now i can probabaly re fit the standard rear links myself maybe with another pair of hands, but im stumped when it comes to forks! any ideas or help would be grateful!

Genrally that just means sliding the forks through the yokes a little .......... but if they have gone the whole hog and shortened the forks, measure the length of your forks and the length of a standard set to see ......
If its the former, then the fix is easy, if its the latter you'll need a new set of forks ......

well, the top of my forks are inline with my clipons. so either the front wasent actually lowerd or like you said the forks were, or maybe the internals? i have had her sat next to another r6 but this guy had r1 usd's and all kinds of trick stuff. so i need to sit it up next to a standard r6 and look at the fronts!

Check side stand, when we lowered them back at the bike shop we cut and welded (including strengthen) the sidestand so bike wouldn't sit so upright on the stand. May not be the case with your but a note

my R6 was lowered mate i sold last year , only the rear tho
and as said the dealer cut and strengthened the side stand

Peak Performance on Marsh Barton. He is probably one of the best around at this stuff and not expensive.
