You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.

Not too sure yet matey. Depends what I do Sat night so I don't want to say yes only to say no at the last minute.

yep number plate and horn is all you need in daylight hours,there is no such thing as a daytime M.O.T.Dr.McLovin wrote:Im looking at doing this but I dont want to change back to my road fairing!

1) Can I ride with just a numberplate and rear indicators and reflector (no front mirrors, lights or indicators)?
2) Do I need a daytime MOT (i have the usual MOT from when road fairing was on!)?

This is probably all irrelevant considering this rideout will be run in the middle of the night!

Right, that's it!!! not a happy bunny!!! Missed it, after not drinking on a saturday night, early night and everything. Note to self, take more care with the alarm, snooze or get up, not 'off'...
