Two cars, going slow up the hill, so looked ahead to check the side streets either side, no cars, anything oncomming, nope no cars...
Noticed van up the top of the hill, calculated overtaking would be completed before then...
Proceeded to overtake at a legal speed, got just past the first car, when the slow one in front started to indicate right, made the assumption he was being a good chap indicating early due to the stupidly parked van on the top of the hill...
However he cut straight in front of me to go up one of the side roads on the right, I braked, but sadly in an effort to avoid hitting him, I did a full front stoppie, but shot over the top of the bike landing on my legs, knees and wrist
I missed his car, but me and the bike both suffered... not good
Anyway police was on the scene, will call them tomorrow to get details, I should be able to make a claim against him, as he didnt look over his shoulder before turning as if he did the accident would have been avoided!
(Too many car drivers just indicate and turn, as we all know, thats wrong, just like bikers... car drivers should always check too!)
I can barely walk at the mo, lots of swelling, and right wrist is in a protective sling thingie, I need to get it looked at this Thursday!
Oh well, I know its easy to do, but never take for granted that other road users will do the right thing when on the road, this is the 2nd time this has happened to me now, first time it was filtering, which by law is always a grey area, but hopefully with the police and/or witnesses help this one should be clear cut (Hoping their was a witness otherwise it could drag out)
On a brighter note, TL plastics should be done this week
as I'm getting someone else to do them 
yey! Though I expect I wont be riding for at least a few weeks if not longer, these wrist fractures are tricky sobs!
