2014 track time

Post by billinom8s »

What's your plan then ? First timer or seasoned pro, let us know what you are planning. Stick it on here and not never know you might have some fellow SWB riders coming to join you in play time.

If you have never done a Trackday, don't be sacred, they don't all bite and are probably safer than the road.

So where ya wanna go..........?

For me
Bedford
Cadwell
Llandow
Donny ?
Anglesey ?
Pembrey ?

First of the year for me will be Anglesey at Easter, (providing I've fixed the bike, and my ankle)
I've unfinished business at Pembrey, so I'll be back there at some time.
I liked Bedford, so I'll hope to go back there, I've only been to Cadwell once so that's on the list, I'd like to do Oulton if I can find a date that suits.
Donnington is a must,(love that place :)): )
I expect I'll do Rockingham as well at some stage
Hmmm where have I missed :D

Have booked Monte Blanco 20th Feb for 4 days. 2 days on the GP circuit and 2 days on a different layout.

Probably an Oulton, Combe and Thruxton.
Must get to Anglesey one day.
Talk of Le Mans.

Rest of the year, suck it and sea.

I want to do Angelsey at some point this year, and would like to try Snetterton.

Just booked Portimao in May with No Limits.

Got to recommend the Ron Haslam Race School...

I did it last year. Superb fun, and really helps your riding...

Do they do any structured training now? When i did it (few years ago) it was just a case of riding round with a bit of feedback of instructor/coach.

Personally i'd recommend California Superbike School....although you do use your own bike (hire bikes are available) and it is a bit more expensive.
