Interesting. With you riding, I can see why it needs to be covered in hazard tape :80: :D :ymhug:

I'd also suggest getting out plenty on a bicycle between now and the bike hitting the road - that way your arse will be a little prepared for the pounding the hardtails gonna give it .......

I like the look of it, the black and white screams old skool cool.

I think the hard tail will kill the kidneys but hey ho.

Considering what it looked like to start off with and the problems you have had to overcome I reckon it's bang on.

Looks like the hardtail's already shaken away the rear wheel & mudguard!!

Living the T-Bars, keeping with the period look, just needs some girder forks for the full effect.

Main problem will be what to wear with it, suppose matt black open like & leather jacket.

From my memory when most of us started on bikes, this kind of chopper was with it's 3/4th and probably last owner who were bodging them badly and invaribly rode with crash damaged Stadium lids with a fag - if you saw one you'd know what I mean.

That was Bideford Sept 1973 mate , A couple of the Plymouth drifters gang that used to ride to Bideford at the weekends, on bikes like Graham describes

making progress there AW, is that hazard tape or the final spray job though? If its hazard tape, are you trying to tell us something :-s :-s !
