Camp weekend 5th Sept

Post by Smiler »

Bit of a short notice one, however...

Camping weekender thingie at Gwithian Cornwall from Friday 5th - Sunday 7th Sept. Arrive anytime Friday pm, if weather behaves we will have a beach BBQ/beers etc. Saturday I'll conjure up a rideout route with a lunchstop find along the way...back to campsite, pub nearby for grub and beers etc :)): Sunday, pack up and head for home!

I am doing this as a group booking (makes it easier for the campsite owner) so if you wanna come along you will need to Paypal me £30 - this includes campsite fees, the remainder I will head to Tescos for food/BBQ/beer supplies as requested. Anything left over I'll chuck in a pot for the first round at the pub! :)):

PM me for paypal addy....any questions please just ask! Everyone welcome, however we are limited to only 12 peeps for this one, and with only 7 spaces remaining you better be quick! =))

Hope to see some of you there - if you only want to do the rideout, then of course you are most welcome :)):

x

Love to join you for the rideout although that is the day after what promises to be a challenging week so no guarantees - I will NEED a ride by then though.

I've got the kids Friday night, what time you starting the barby? Doubt I'll make that but I can do the ride out on Saturday as long as you start about 10.30 am?

If you're starting earlier, pick a point where I can meet you en route :D ! I expect Tess ( er, Mrs Badger) will be working but if not I'll stick her on the back and bring her along. Don't expect knee sliding antics though ;) ...

aw Badger my friend! It'll be ace to see you! :)):

A relaxed affair, the rideout will be midmorningishness...if folk want to come to the campsite (Gwithian Campsite) and meet us there then we can decide route, places to stop off etc - our own tour guide for the day!! yayyyy! :)): :)): :)):

Cornish & Dai....just turn up lovelys, more the merrier :)):

Will do. Only the one site turned up on search (Gwithian Farm Campsite) so should be easy enough (didn't notice it when I passed on Tuesday but I was too busy looking at the big green machine as I passed the pub).

Gwithian Camp Site is directly opposite that pub on that sharp right hander! I have a vague route in mind, some bits you'll recognise from previous Rttb's, some are the bits I've wanted to show you guys but we've never had time and one part I want to test out for next years RttB! Its all about the consumer testing you know ;) ......

Oh and I should be dragging Graham along too, he knows even more roads than I do :D :D !

Badger you poppet, that would be cool mate x

It would be nice to just do some adhoc routes tbh, that's the nice bit about doing these weekender thingies, its way more chilled 8)

Awesome, there are about 6 of us camping...a couple joining for the ride, and some at the pub on Saturday night - again, if anyone wants to come along for any part of it just turn up! :)):

EVEN THE SUMMER HAS MADE A RETURN!

get in!
