Hello SWB!
I am a young male... haha jokes
Ok so i'm a born again biker I passed my DAS in 2009 been riding since 2008 but for some reason over the last 5 years i've been driving one of those silly 4 wheel contraptions now im back on the proper mode of transport.
I've currently got a Bandit 600 on a 51 plate shes a little tired and needs some love (which she will get as a daily project)
Living in the Lovely St Blazey in Cornwall with the Mrs who has also just joined us in the ways of her CBT which she takes/passed on the 13th June (depending on when you read this) and shes got a little 125 which isnt Jap but was a very good price for its age.
I work nights at a hotel so my rideouts are limited to that which sucks.
If your in the area and you happen to spot a guy riding a blue bandit 600 WA51 WZL give us a flash or a beep and no doubt ill turn around and follow you for a chat haha!!
Im a massive computer nerd and even assist people in fixing such things as a hobby/part time job so if you need help don't worry about sending me a PM! ill always try to help and ill try to fix it as best a possible.
photo of the bike will be uploaded soon just not got any yet haha!
Look forward to riding with you guys and putting some faces to names

Re: 'ellllo
Loads of stuff going on in this area. Many of the rideouts in this forum tend to be over the Tamar and beyond but Badger occasional ambles out for a play. Get up to Cornwall Services (A30 Victoria) after 6pm Thursday night or Hayle McDonald's Tuesdays to meet plenty of others. The Royal British legion Riders Kernow Squadron are pretty active (too many cruisers but also proper bikes and they are a good bunch). There are normally a few bikes at Portreath on a Sunday.
As already mentioned look at the Run to the Bun thread for a chance for an early morning (or late evening for you I guess) ride.
My wife is also currently a new rider on a cheap 125 (Sym) so maybe we should meet up when she gets up enough confidence to ride that far.

Hello from another member in Cornwall. I am over at Indian Queens, across the road from Dameralls. Just changed from a Triumph Sprint (for sale) to a Fazer 100. Hope to catch up sometime

I thought I saw a bike for sale as I left Damerells a couple of days ago. Blue? Nearly came over and looked but I need a slower bike not a faster one:-(
Slug, your wife did CBT at Plymouth? Mine chose Camborne (a mistake as the good instructors seemed to have stopped and been replaced by people who don't know it is supposed to be training) and daughter used Damerells.

Na she did her cbt with KBT (kernow bike training) seems like a nice guy but some aspects of training where missing in my eyes (corner control and basic safety on the bikes gear etc)Dailaughing wrote:I thought I saw a bike for sale as I left Damerells a couple of days ago.
