DYNO DAY

Post by Tivertonmotorcycles »

Is there any interest in holding a dyno day in the very near future? If people are interested then we can set a date on a Saturday for people to come to the shop in Tiverton. Realistically a ceiling of around 25 people will allow plenty of time to go through the results with owners, and discuss anything that needs rejetting or remapping.

If interested parties can start to put their names down in the replies, if we can get more than 20 attendees then we would be looking at no more than £15 per per bike, to do a series of power runs and diagnostics to show how the bike is fueling, and whether any changes are required and obviously a print out for bragging rights or to cry over  .

In order to give people chance to arrange things how about we provisionally look at Saturday 4th July 0900hrs to 1700hrs?

It will be a good opportunity to meet some of you guys (& girls)

It has been suggested that the 18th may be a better date as there is a meal at Sampford that evening, so what people think 4th or 18th July?

OK so it looks like the 18th July is the best day then, I will however be closing dead on 1700hrs as I have an event to attend on the Saturday evening which is rather important, so the last bike will be going on the dyno no later than 1630hrs.

Kick off will be 0900hrs or thereabouts If people want to keep adding their names and bikes so we can keep an eye on numbers and it will be a case of running in the order that people turn up on the day so we don't get any hold ups waiting for someone to arrive.

Count me in, if I can get the tyres changed and there is a spare space on the day I would love to find out what power my kmx200 is running.
