Hello peeps. Think it was about 4 years ago I did track day with
You guys in Wales. Fabulous day and great memories. Also had a very interesting ride out one Sunday morn before the track day which I ended up in hospital, which was not bike related by the way, I went down the cruiser route for a bit with a Triumph Speedmaster which I loved. But back on another R1 as from Saturday so hopefully will meet up with some of you in the future for a ride out. Still living in Paignton. See you soon. Cheers

Last track day was on my Beaten up old r1. Not sure I'd have the nerve to do track day with this one just yet! Look forward to rideouts though. Riding back from Brum on it on Sat I had to stop every 50 miles coz I was aching!

Just ride round at your own pace. You know it's not a race and you know that Llandow is just a safe Rideout, not a trackday as such.

Plus it's only can't. 15 miles at a time so you won't get achy.
