I'm baaaack!

Post by Chicky »

It's been six years since I was last on a bike, and met a few of you at Llandow 2010. I am now on a mission to slim back into my leathers and to get myself a cheap little toy to start riding out again and get to a couple of trackdays. I may try and make Llandow 2017 my goal!

Will be good to catch up on the news while I'm crash dieting and bike-hunting. Look forward to getting out there again asap :D

All the best,

Chicky

Welcome back.
Might well see you at 2017 Llandow then, I had to miss this year and will have to be doing the starvation diet thing for the same reason as you.
Merriot, isn't the Ariel made somewhere near you?

I well remember seeing an Ariel Atom tearing up the tarmac at the Nurburgring in 2007. No way was any bike gonna keep up with it on the bends, and it wasn't too sluggish on the straight bits either!

As well as 2 of their Atoms, Ariel brought a bike along to the last Henstridge bike night.

Honda VFR 1200 V4. Guess they didn't want to be waiting for engines and parts to arrive from Italy, that might never arrive, and they already have a good relationship with Honda supplying the power for their cars.
Start saving, prices start at £20K plus. Add some bling, you'll soon be up around the £30k mark.
