Looks good.
I'll likely wait for you just above Yarcombe if that's ok?

Oh nice! I'll be there. Was thinking of checking out the hillclimb thingy at Wiscombe Park on Sunday (Nigel's post in Other Biking Events), I might pop by there after the ride it would be a new experience for me. See you on Sunday morning : )

Rich, look out for us around 09.45-ish.
Chris, look forward to seeing you at Max's Cabin 2. Before you get there, there's petrol literally 100 yards away if you need it - a BP filling station. The next fuel isn't until Torrington, 70+ miles away.

Re: Sunday 18th May.
Nope. Did everything competently, 1500 miles through France didn't miss a beat, 75mpg, comfy, practical......
.....but sooooo boring.
I may not be racetrack-quick nowadays, but there's still a spark of naughtiness when I ride, so it just didn't feel right.

Re: Sunday 18th May.
Thanks to Rich and Mark for coming out to play on Sunday and helping make a grand day of it. The B3227 was closed somewhere west of Wiviliscombe so we helped ourselves to a nice little diversion via Raleighs Cross, Upton, Haddon Hill, Morebath and back on to the Nth Devon TT at Bampton.
We found a new-to-us cafe in South Molton called Zest so didn't stop at Greedy's in Torrington. Can recommend Zest, easy and close by parking in the town centre, the cafe's spacious and the service good. The final stop was Cafe Earth near Tedburn St Mary.
I don't know how the rest of you spent your Sunday but I reckon that biking on our brilliant southwestern back roads in the sunshine beats most other things any day! Hope to see a few more of you out on the next ride.
