Alright Tom mate, thanks for the update on Jon, I haven't been told much for a while, been relying too much on Matt, and he doesn;t come online very often.

How are you getting on mate?

PS. The RD is still out of action at the moment, Im hoping to have it back on the road by early next week....

Josh.

It was me who took in the Colly dog puppy along with another Get Well Soon card from 'All the SWB family'.
Glad his mum liked it. I wasn't allowed to give him flowers on Moorgate so it had to be a cuddly something, or nothing.
The nurse said I could have gone in to see him if he wasn't already taken off somewhere for tests, so I guess that means he can have visitors (2 at a time only).
Get well soon Jon we're all rooting for you bud.

Sometimes you have to take a step back to enable you to take a leap forward. I'm sure this is only a 'blip' Jon and you will be back on course.
Best wishes. Jane Thomas

I just wanted to say thank you for all the support and kind wishes you all gave me when I was in hospital it meant a lot :) I still have the dog :) and the card somewhere.

Progress is still on going, a little bit extra each day. I go to the gym six days a week now as I have a year off from university (internship) to find a 48 week placement.

We should all get together at Jaspers soon :)
