I’m so shocked to read about Frank, I just can’t believe it.
Frank worked at Plymouth Uni in the IT section, I think it was a placement to do with his degree. He helped me access IT stuff when I began my degree at Plymouth Uni. We used to catch up on things from time to time. Then my course took me to Exeter.
On ride outs we would always have a chat. He was one of the ‘original’ SWB members when the site first started up and made everyone feel welcome.
He was an approachable, intelligent, witty guy, a true gentleman.
Frank, you will be truly missed.

Totally shocked.
What more can anyone say about Frank.
He introduced me to the site.
He was always asking me to come out on ride outs, but I was always busy patching up and repairing other riders' leathers.
He often had a chat and a cuppa with me.
Such a nicer guy you could ever wish to know or meet.
He will be sadly missed.
God Bless You Frank

I was trying to think of the last time I saw Frank and it was on a rideout organised by TomR6 in November.
I remember that devilride came up from Cornwall on her first rideout and was worried about being left behind as she was inexperienced. Frank had no hesitation in volunteering to stay at the back, going at her pace, even though he could ride much quicker.
He even gave her pointers on improving her riding.
That's the kind of guy he was.

Did not know Frank.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

If life begins at 40, that makes me 15 years old.
