Membership clear out?

My Avatar has now been removed, I don't see what's wrong with Papa Lazarou but if you girls find it scary then so be it. I've only just got round to reading your PM 1blue, I want to keep it strict to 500x100 as it is the best & easiest way for us to check the size.

And who started all this talk about signatures in the Membership List thread

as it has been said yes you pay your money but there are still alot of peeps on dial up ! so this is being fair to them.

I am curious as to why peeps thinks Daves sig is offensive

restricting the size is sensible because it saves scrolling for hours on some threads ... a rule on offensive content is obvious for those reading at work and those with young kids

I can't see why you're so upset about it ... and why does giving any notice of it make a difference?

you need to look at the thread about sig's. Instant removal was not the way to do it.

because it would give people a chance to comment and if necessary sort things out. What was the advantage to doing it suddenly? Would it be so bad to discuss it with paying customers?

Dave was resizing some just as 1 blue was for the ones he made.

Both me and dave were going through and removing sigs as we found them and not in any order.

Tom if you had dial up you would be happy with this tidy up!

If you had to look at them one at a time surely you could have sent a standard PM to the offending people so they could remove or resize themselves.

I have always though it was silly not to limit the size of sigs, or avatars.

But rather than give any one notice, or even reply to a PM. The sigs were just removed. The only one that was re-sized was yours. I specifically mentioned yours in my PM to Dave. I have always limited the size of sigs I did, yours included, to around 500x150, and made the file size small by using high compression.

All the paying customers who have had there sigs removed did not get the courtesy of any notice or a chance to comment. What was the rush?

cus its a wig wog or something, cnat rememebr what they called, but some poele find it offensive cus i cant remember, but better to be safe then sorry hay speedy gonsalis
