Jaspers-So Long Thanks For The Hot Dogs?

Post by Delvard »

Is that it then? will it really be coming to an end? Just because the revving of motorbikes will cause an inconvenience to the future Restaurant diners?
Seems like a Plymouth Herald story in the making...
Jaspers RIP?

It'll be a sad, sad day if it does happen :( , there are lots of rumours flying around, one I heard is because the glass works is going to have a cafe.... I expect they will want their little chairs and tables outside for the tourists

i still can't believe it, everytime i've been down there has always been bikers, i think that it would cause a major blow to their business. Will the council compensate them or is it jaspers decision?

Handle stressful situations like a dog - If you can't eat it or play with it, pee on it and walk away

Maybe i'll open up my own bikers cafe in my flat (50 yrds from jaspers). I think i'll call it 'Cheggers'.

It wouldn't be the same without bikes there. I'm sure that during tourist season lots of people eat there just to look at the bikes.

Who actually owns the land? and if they're going to ban bikes due to engine noise, are the police going to have a crackdown on boy racers who seem to treat the road through the barbican as either a test ground for their stereos or a drag strip?

What about the fairs they have by there sometimes as well?

Sounds like another job for the SWB Vigilante Squad
