Dave, would be helpfull if we knew who's team was who's, a few are obvious but not most.

I think it means your selection is greater than the amount we were allowed to spend. You need to change your selection and let Dave know the changes.

Can I change my team later on?
Throughout the year you are allowed to make a total of 10 changes to your team (no more than 3 per month). You can make changes to your team up to one week before a race, if you are within a week, then the changes won’t take affect until the following race. If you have used all your changes and one of your riders is no longer in that event, no replacements will be allowed, so use your changes wisely.

Thats the rule but not sure how you change .....
