Sorry to hear that mate, get well soon had a close one myself only an hour ago some dozy twat reversing out into his drive decided to puil forward again still looking behind, luckily i spotted him and was only doing 25/30 mph and managed to avoid him, oh and i was in the car ,

no i was riding down cowly bridge road (on my way out fo exeter) and she was faceing me stoped and she turned right (on to station road where te leavel crossing is) hitting my r/h side

i know i cant work out what she was doing either?

Are the police doing her for driving without due care? Chase them up and keep forcing the issue. Don't let them let her off.

Gotta make sure these people get points. They don't take any notice of bikes but points and insurance premiums get their attention.

Don't do what i did and trust that it will all be sorted automaticaly by the police, last aug i got ran off the road by a 4 wheel drive on the wrong side of the road the police said that they would charge him for driving without due care and attention, then in feb i got a letter saying that the time limit to charge him had elapsed and the case had to be dropped, all because certain pc's didn't do the correct reports etc, so all i have is a letter of appology, the guy in question has since admitted fault but nothin can be done! :evil:

good news today got a letter from the solisters and the tp hes admitted responseabilty!
yipee only 4 weeks to go befor the cast is off

is it possible to stop riding past my house as its getting on my nerves! every one else is enjoing them selfs on thair bikes in the sunshine and im stuck at home
