Totally agree... and believe me, I have discussed it. I've known Barry and the others far too long to let it go without comment from someone who has spent all his spare cash there for 3 decades!! As I said - I still rate them in many respects... but the workshop has dissappointed me recently and as the guy that taught Andrew how to get into the guts of a bike... On a more positive note - about five years ago they did a great job getting a bespoke tune for my T595 out of the factory and even gave me an SV650 courtesy bike when mine was years out of warranty. - That said, these days when I don't want to get covered in oil (I've got old and posh now!) I've found Pete from E&E in Plymouth to be cost effective and I trust him - not least because he tells me when something is perhaps beyond him.
