Its got adjourned again for the fourth time as the prosecution still dont seem to have any evidence they can submit? They havent even given a new date yet so hopefully the court is pissed off with it and hopefully that will be the end of it. Could be wishfull thinking though...

Are you pleading not guilty? I have heard of this before they do not prepare a case in assumtion you will plead guilty. then every time they do not have a case prepared against you in the hope that in the end you will plead guilty,

lol same thing happened with jon HIlljd but in the end the court fined him and gave him the 3 points. so not having evidence dont mean shit lol.

I dont think Jon's 50 in a 40 match up to Jim's 7 accounts of dangerous driving and some silly speeds, so i dont think they'll just hand out 3 points without any evidence..
