Yea, I think it would. The bike bit I did there is not anodised but alot of the frame is, so would go through a fair few mops

Friend of mine polished his RGV frame.... well worth it!!!!!
He got obsessive and even had his side stand chromed!

you won't get the anodising off with polishing mops, its too hard. You can use 3m abrasive wheels though (look like large round scouring pads mounted on an arbour), followed by progressively finer wet and dry paper and then your mops. I did this with my slabby frame, took forever!!
alternatively if you are wiling to strip the bike to do the job, you can de-anodise in a bath full of caustic soda (sold as drain cleaners in diy stores).
either way the frame would look great fully polished

Woudl be worth it, I am sure the bit you have tested is exposed frame (on mine) anyway isn't it so its too late to turn back ;)

Definately I love polished frames. I'd do mine if it wasnt powdercoated black. I am going to do my wheels, was thinking of making a start on them today.
Looks good, esp. that top yoke too!

Do it! if you de anodise it in a bath of caustic soda, you can get rid of the bodies after....

It's a ball ache if you ride over winter but on the plus side, if you leave it long enough it goes back to a matt finish all by itself!
